I want to donate to Ensina Brasil

We develop leaders who dream big while staying grounded to change the course of the education system.

In addition to generating a positive impact on the lives of thousands of students in public schools, we have expanded our reach to develop and connect leaders across different fronts and levels of
action—from the classroom to public administration.

People capable of driving education forward. From all over Brazil, for all of Brazil. Because dreaming big is not enough. You need to know how—and where—to begin.

Become our partner

At Ensina Brasil, we believe that transforming public education is a network-driven movement—bringing together talent, institutions, and different sectors of society. That is why we seek companies that want to put their knowledge, energy, and resources at the service of a fairer future full of opportunities for students across the country.

By becoming a partner company, your organization can help strengthen our initiatives while also generating a positive impact for employees, territories, and school communities.

Why become a partner organization

  • Contribute to developing leaders who work directly in public education.
  • Generate social impact aligned with your company’s ESG strategy.
  • Engage internal teams through a cause, purpose, and real learning experiences.
  • Support systemic solutions that strengthen public education networks across Brazil.

Who donates, and where are our resources allocated?

Ensina Brasil is an OSCIP (Civil Society Organization of Public Interest) and a nonprofit, which means our operations are not intended to generate profit. We do not provide paid services, nor do we receive government donations. Our revenue comes from donations from private partners and is allocated to the following areas: recruitment and selection of candidates; training during and after the program participation period; network strengthening; and administrative and institutional areas.

Audit

The role of the audit is to verify the legitimacy and reliability of an organization’s financial, asset, and institutional transactions. Ensina Brasil has been audited since its first year of operation, with the aim of ensuring that our operations are compliant. Access the reports issued by Audisa, an audit and consulting firm specialized in the Third Sector, here.

Certificates

Certificates of compliance are issued by public agencies to attest that an organization has no outstanding debts with them. Ensina Brasil frequently obtains all relevant compliance certificates to ensure its good standing with the agencies with which we have relationships.

Transparency and Governments

In keeping with the principles of transparency, integrity, and access to information, we provide in this section the data related to partnerships established between Ensina Brasil and public administration bodies.

Here we present information on the technical cooperation agreements entered into with governments, including identification of the partnership instruments, their objectives, the amounts involved, as well as data on implementation and accountability.

The disclosure of this information seeks to strengthen institutional transparency and ensure that society can monitor the initiatives developed in collaboration with public authorities.

Good standing: Bylaws

The Bylaws (or Articles of Incorporation) are an organization’s birth certificate. They are the document that governs how the organization operates, sets out members’ rights and duties, and defines the responsibilities of deliberative, executive, and oversight roles.

Privacy Policy
