Claudia Sender

Board Chair

Former CEO of LATAM Brasil, she currently serves on global boards including Ambev, Gerdau, and Vivo. An engineer from USP with an MBA from Harvard Business School, she is a reference in leadership, strategy, and organizational transformation.

André Barrence

Board Member

Former Head of Google for Startups for Latin America, he created the Black Founders Fund in Brazil. He holds a degree from MIT and works on business scaling and public policy development with a focus on technology, artificial intelligence, and racial equity.

Erica Butow

Ensina Co-Founder and Board Member

Co-founder and board member of Ensina Brasil, she led the organization for nine years, during which she helped build a network of more than 1,000 leaders committed to public education. She holds a degree from USP and an MBA from the University of Berkeley, has experience in major companies, and is dedicated to promoting educational equity.

Paulo Veras

Board Member

Co-founder of 99, a pioneering urban mobility company in Brazil, he currently serves on the boards of Itaú, Localiza, and Grupo Boticário. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, is an investor and education activist, and combines innovation, entrepreneurship, and impact investment to transform the country.

Olavo Nogueira

Board Member

Executive Director of Todos Pela Educação. He holds a master’s degree from FGV-SP and was a finalist for the 2023 Jabuti Prize. He is a specialist in public management and educational policies, working on the formulation and implementation of high-impact educational reforms in Brazil.

Susanna Lemann

Board Member

A reference in strategic philanthropy in Brazil, she works to strengthen the third sector and support systemic impact initiatives. Her work is focused on promoting equity and transforming Brazilian public education.
