A journey powered by connection and collective action

Our story began in 2016 with the Ensina Trainee program, which remains at the heart of our work. Since then, we’ve directly impacted more than 430,000  students, reached millions more indirectly, and built a network of over 1,300 leaders across Brazil.

In 2025, we expanded our work to develop and connect leaders across the education system, from the classroom to public administration, through two new programs: Lampiar and Impulso. After all, if we want every child to have access to quality education, we need leaders working together across the education system.
