For two years, participants live the reality of public schools, expand their repertoire, and mobilize real changes in learning and school culture. It is the program that connects us to the global Teach For All network.  <\/p>\n<p>Lampiar Program: Aimed at leaders who already work on the school floor. It strengthens strategic vision, management, and school culture through training, exchanges, and close monitoring\u2014driving practices that transform the student experience. <\/p>\n<p>Impulso Program: Intensive training for middle management leaders in education departments.
